1. Service Overview

voot.gg is operated by vootmoot. voot.gg provides PC optimization services performed remotely via screen-sharing software. Services include but are not limited to operating system configuration, network tuning, privacy hardening, BIOS optimization, and hardware overclocking depending on the purchased package.

2. What We Do

All system modifications are performed by experienced professionals. We have optimized over 1,500 systems with zero hardware incidents. Every change is tested and validated before your session is complete.

3. Overclocking

The Extreme package includes CPU, RAM, and GPU overclocking. All overclocks are stress-tested and validated for 24/7 stability. Note that overclocking may void your manufacturer warranty depending on your hardware vendor.

4. Remote Access

Our services require temporary remote access to your computer via screen-sharing software. You must be present during the entire session. We will never ask for unsupervised access to your machine. You are responsible for closing any sensitive applications or files before the session begins.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available once an optimization session has begun. If you are unsatisfied with the results, contact us via Discord and we will work with you to resolve any issues at no additional cost.

6. Lifetime Support

All packages include lifetime support. This means you may contact us via Discord at any time for questions, troubleshooting, or adjustments related to your optimization. Lifetime support does not include full re-optimization sessions, new hardware setups, or services beyond the scope of your original purchase.

7. Availability

Sessions are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service at our discretion. Response times for lifetime support vary but we aim to respond within 24 hours.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
