We collect only what is necessary to deliver our service: your Discord username for communication, your payment information (processed by Paddle, our payment provider), and basic system information visible during your optimization session. We do not collect, store, or log any personal files, passwords, or browsing data.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card details, billing address, or other financial information. Paddle handles all payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

3. Remote Sessions

During optimization sessions, we access your system via screen-sharing software. We do not record sessions, take screenshots, or retain any data from your machine after the session ends. You are present for the entire session and can end it at any time.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking scripts. Basic, anonymous analytics may be provided by our hosting provider (Vercel).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. The only external service that receives your data is Paddle for payment processing.

6. Data Retention

We retain your Discord username and purchase record for the purpose of providing lifetime support. If you want this information removed, contact us via Discord and we will delete it.
